Have not started car in about four months. It should be ok right?

Why wouldn't it. I have company truck and run my personal vehicle once every 5 weeks.

ethanol. let my car sit for 5 months with 10% ethanol and the pressure regulator in the Carter electric pump stuck unregulated

The biggest problem with letting one sit that long is the ethanol gas. The one time I did this the carburetor was all fouled up! I have since went to ethanol free gas and add stabil and have since never had a problem.

4 months thats about how long my car sits over the winter..before firing it up I always disconnect the coil wire crank the engine until the oil pressure gauge shows good pressure,connect the coil wire and fire it up..you never want to dry start a motor thats been sitting idle for a long time..
