I have for sale a decent short tail shaft 4-speed O/D transmission that came out of a running and driving car. I’m selling this for a friend of mine who had it in his 1968 Barracuda. All the gears engage smoothly with no issues at all. Also included are the shifter rods and arms that he gave me. No shifter though, just the rods and arms. The numbers stamped on the VIN pad are 6B292560, so since the O/D transmissions were made from 1975-1987, this trans looks to be a 1976 unit. The front bearing retainer collar measures 5.125” in diameter. I would like to get $125 for everything plus the shipping. Local pickup would be best as the shipping would be expensive since this is a bit heavy at about 150 pounds. For an extra $20 I can include a small U-joint driveshaft yoke that is in excellent shape.
