Can anyone tell me what size the shifter boot to floor and the bezel screws are? Can I get something close enough at the local Ace Hardware? Thanks!

They are one of the heaviest tapered headed screws on the car. They are the same as the exterior mirror screw. Sometimes the holes are pulled in the floor from over tightening. A easy fix is squeeze every hole with a large Vise Grips. Remember there is two boot rings. A lower bare metal and an upper chrome. 8 screws total 4 in each.

Does anyone know the actual size of the screws. I'm 35 miles away from the car and wanted to get the right screws before I go down again.

#8 screws? The top 4 are countersunk taper with a rounded top, Phillips head, chrome.
The bottom 4 are regular truss head, Phillips.

Thanks for the pics. It's been along time since I've worked on a 4 speed. I didn't take this apart, so I wasn't real sure what these were supposed to look like. Thanks again!

Been there, done that! It's a trip.
Glad that could help you.
