4 to 4,5 conversion with 4pot brakes

Hi fellow moparfans.
I have a 1967 dart 4pot front disc brake with 489 58inch wide rear drum.
Want to convert the bolt pattern. Weld the holes in the rear shafts and redrill for 4,5.
Not that easy in the front. Want to keep my calipers. Is there any disc and hub that will fit my spindel or should i weld the holes and make new holes in the front hub and make a new set of holes in the disc.

Using mustang rotors for 4.5" bc. Might help you out. Dustin

The Ram Man has rotors with 4.5" bolt pattern listed on ebay for your brakes.
