I have a 400 block with the crankshaft still in it for sale. Block and crankshaft that was just disassembled from a running engine. I needed the heads, pistons, and oil pan for my 440 stroker project. Block is in excellent condition and would make a great foundation for a stock rebuild or a 451- 496 cubic inch low deck stroker. Crankshaft spins easily with your hand. It could probably be honed and ran as is if you wanted to, or would require a minimal overbore if using new pistons. Block casting date is 5-13-73

Yes, I actually sold it a week ago Saturday for $300. I guess I need to mark this ad sold.
I also have another complete 400 with the same block number, MT valve covers, and Edelbrock DP4B intake. I have yet to decide if I am going to sell as a long block or if I am going to take it apart and piece out.
