416 Stroker on E85

I'm doing an E85 fuel setup on my stroked 340, wanting to know if anyone else has done this yet, and what were your results? I'm running the Holley XP 850, increased lines to 3/8 with an Aeromotive 1000 pump inside fuel cell with pre and post filters.

70aarcuda in the race section has three cars running on E85. I had a dominator for our 416 W5 mill, but never got around to trying it before the engine expired. I'm currently using VP race fuel.
