Got some good parts here to make a high horsepower engine.

Scat forged steel crank, 4.020 stroke - 2.100 chevy journal/standard 340 main

6.55 long aluminum rods chevy big end (2.100) & light weight wrist pin (.927)

Ross custom pistons - 4.165 bore

Rotating assembly balanced

Cam Motion camshaft roller - R284-3-868-8

340 block, all machine work completed, including oiling mods & hard blocked

Indy heads 56cc chamber - stage 3 porting

Harland Sharp rockers

All parts new!

If you have a perfectly centered casting .070 over is the absolute max. That block is .135 over. Can't put much more than a 4" stroke on a stock block. The side thrust on the block will split it down the middle. So if that is a stock block it will not survive the the first burn out!

the rod ration with this combo is 1.629.
the rod ration with a 4" crank & stock 6.123 is 1.530, not quite as good the combo I have listed.
