was the car originally a v8 ? if so the harness is pretty easy to make by cutting the pigtail for the firewall end off and tracing each wire out to the item it runs and running wires in between and building a new harness, i just did one for my customers 440 89 Ram replaced the tired 318 !!!

I second that. Easier to make than buy. Not even sure if anyone makes one. Didn't I see your Dart Sport on Craigslist recently? Or are you the new owner? Nice looking car either way.

Apparently the earlier big block a-bodies used a 6 cyl engine harness as the ignition wiring was long enough to get to the front mounted distributor + coil so the same thing should work on a later car.
The 73-up a-bodies used a plug at the firewall for either the 6 cyl or V-8 engine harness so if your car is slant 6 powered you're already set or if it's a V-8,a swap to a 6 cyl harness should be about right.

I'm parting a 6 cyl 74 Dart with a good original harness if you need one.

This is what I have heard also.

With a slant harness you'll actually need to shorten a couple of wires. Perfect for BB swaps.
