440 Fuel Pump Question

I have a 440 that does not have a fuel pump or the rod in it can the fuel pump pushrod be installed thru the hole the fuel pump goes in or what is the preceedure

You have to remove the allen key screw and install the pushrod throw that hole and re-install the screw,then install the fuel pump,mrmopartech

I am Assuming allen screw is on the bottom below the fuel pump
