440 intake lift plate bolt spacing

Going to pick up a 440 today. I want to fab up a lift plate for the intake to make it easier to get into my trailer. Does anyone know what the bolt spacing is for the carb mount, and what threads they are? looks to have a Holley 4bbl on it.

why not use holley carb gasket and the bolts are 5/16 course

5.620" x 5.160" for normal Holley 4-bbl.
Spreadbore Holley is 5.620" x 4.250" .

(5.620 is the front/back dim.)
