440 swap in 71 Demon

Anyone have a good radiator option for this 440 swap in 71 Demon? Size? Electric fan? Mechanical fan?

I run a 4 row Chinese Aluminum Radiator
of E Bay. we run them on our Stock and SS
Dusters/Demons as well. Cost about $135.00
before the tariffs!

We have fitted a mechanical fan with a shroud, although
the race cars run Electric.

I’ve got an Fbody 440 and I use the largest factory A motor radiator with a shroud and clutch fan on the street I’ve never had an issue with overheating. You do need to use the late Rt side lower hose setup for the water pump housing.You can see it on my avatar picture when it was on the dyno.

I used an Allstar chebbie style rad setup for Mopar. Fit my 71 Duster like it was made for it.

Currently running steel fan, no shroud (working on that), and 180 thermostat

Stays at 180 unless stuck in traffic. Even when it does jump it will come down around 185 ish and 195 when i shut it off

I will be putting in a pusher electric and aforementioned shroud of some type which should rectify.

I use a 3 row c body with shroud & mechanical fan.

I have a Champion 3 core aluminum, with a factory mechanical fan and clutch. It's kept it cool for the last decade or so.
