I like the plan, except for the 4 bolt main thing. If you are worried the bottom end wont survive, then step up to billet main caps and studs. The 4 bolt main idea may weaken a mopar bottom end, rather than strengthen it.

hey Wylde1 yes car is completely restored painted in Hemi orange sub frames conected new interior new wheels tranny built and thats where it sits. we played with the little CSX last summer. with my divorce and boute with depression i didn't spend much time in the shop last summer but feeling a little better now and getting back into it. we now have a seasonal at Grand Bend you should make the trip this summer and spend a weekend with us at the track real good to hear from you

for the main cap thing...

I know few guys that built small block mopar
with alote fo cubic inch or alote rpm

what they ends up with is

the 4 bolt main cap are bad for the block
you remove iron from a vital parts of the block
what they do is they buy the 4 bolt main cap
cut the outer 2 holl

they get good main cap or better than stock
and dont weak the block

I think mike at MRL do the same

Mike at MRL builds his own main caps out of new stock metal. They are not 4 bolt mains cut down.
i am using his caps and girdle on my 650+hp 416.
