Stock transmission pan for a 46re transmission (Dakota). I updated mine to a deeper pan. This one is in good shape. Straight edges - I never had a leak with it. I even installed a drain plug kit to make fluid changes easier!

Would I need to lower the pick up for this?

It's better to lower the pickup, but on a trans it only matters if you run low on fluid. I've run 518 pans on my 727's for years without a deeper pickup for an extra quart of fluid. More fluid with a good cooler means lower trans temps.
