If I remember correctly, (and I don't some times) Mopar lock-up transmissions have a smooth surface on the very end of the input shaft, maybe 1 to 2 inches long, before the splines start.
Yes or to put it simpler, the splines go to the end of the shaft on a non lockup.
 
Which is better ? Lockup or non lockup?

Which fits better in tunnel 42 or 46 ?
