I want to swap a 2000 5.9 magnum into a 86 D250 4x4 with 4 speed. Want to keep factory efi, too. What flywheel would work? It has a 360 now.

I would think you will need one from a 2000 Dodge truck with a 5.9 Magnum. If you buy a new one, be sure to specify that you have a 5.9 gas engine, not a 5.9 diesel. The flywheel from your 360 won't work. It does not have the notches needed for the ignition, and the balance on an LA 360 is way different than a 5.9 Magnum.

I used a mcleod flywheel that that takes a bolt on weight when I put the mag in my W150.

I would need to use a clutch for a 2000 5.9 magnum and possibly the disc from the 1986 or are the trans splines the same?

What is the clutch size on the 1986?
You will want to use one for the trans you are bolting the motor to.
Most likely it is a 143 tooth flywheel with a 11” 23 spline clutch.
