57 savoy master cyclinder rebuild or new

I just got this car and need to buy a new rebuild kit for the single manual master cycl, any ideas where to buy it? also the metal ring at the back that holds the rubber boot in place by 2 screws. any help much apprec.
 
my local napa says no... i looked at old plunger says 1" most others ive found are 1 1/8 what is it stock?
