/6 904 to fit small block?

Sorry, I jumped the gun posting. I researched it, and it won't fit at all. I saw though that the /6 904 has a higher stall? Does anyone know the converter lockup rpm?
 
I believe the torque converters are interchangeable as far as 904's go (just not between lockup and non-lockup), so install whatever stall speed you like.
 
I've read somewhere that the /6 converter had a higher stall speed. I was just curious as to what that is.
 
Stall speed of a torque converter is highly dependent on the torque characteristics of the engine in front of it.
 
Let me correct myself by saying that was for an average slant. May be 2k-2.5k behind a v8, like Dan says, no real way of telling. Unless it's in the car and you do the 'ol stomp test.
