Yes, there are a couple of threads in the Slanty forum on this. Slantsixdan has posted the part# for a M-B fan clutch that fits well. I have used a non-thermostatic clutch, but needed to shift the eng./trans back as far as possible. This was a '72 Swinger, but same space issue. I loosened ALL the eng./trans mount & bracket fasteners, then used a "come-along" to pull & hold the eng./trans. back while I re-tightened all of them. Suppose good ratchet-straps would do as well. There was just enough room to sneak it in & out using screws, factory A/C car & rad.
