6 pack install help

Got my six pack up and running but have this extra vacuum pot to hook up , I looks like a sort of choke pull offf? But I'm not sure , anyone know if I should just hook it to manifold vacuum?

The vacuum line in the photo adjacent to it goes there. Yes, it is the choke pull off. Move the line on the metering block to the choke pull off. The fitting on the metering block is for the distributor vacuum advance. The crankcase vent goes into the baseplate of the center carb.
