I want to transition from my 5.9 equipped 97 Ram, back into the Dart for daily driving. Truck is only getting 15 MPG, and the Dart got 3 mpg+ better when running, in poor tune condition.
What I need to get the Dart roadworthy:
Either a kick a$$ 1 bbl carb, or a complete 2bbl setup, intake and carb.
I know rebuilding carb is an option, but I have been over and over this 1945 carb, and I am tired of messing with it.
A last ditch option would be a 4bbl intake from Clifford or Offenhauser (whichever works with stock exhaust manifold). In an ideal world, it would accept a spreadbore carb, as I have a spread bore Holley, that I can disable the secondaries.
