I have an 8 3/4 with 489 nodular case, Moser Spool and 35 spline axles. I'm already looking @ 2013 season. Will this set up take 250+ passes per year in a 2900 lbs. Dart footbrake? If not Dana 60 or Ford 9"? Thanks

When you change gears you might want to switch to the AL center, i have a few in SS

I would backbrace it.

I would also, but if you don't have the tools for that i'd leave it alone when welding it will move and sometimes you will need to re-set the ends back to center on the carrier.

Where are the mounting points, usually it's more common for the housings to bend when you have a ladder or 4 link and it's in board of the ends giving the tires more leverage to bend the housing
