60's Dart/Valiant Wagon w/ 225 near MD

I'm looking to trade over from my 72 Dart swinger to an older wagon. I want something I can drive daily and work on here and there. Good panels, limited rust, ok interior, etc. I can't really be picky because these things arent laying all over the place nearby.
