'63 Dart Headliner Trim Removal

So, I am starting to remove the old headliner. I have unscrewed the screws on the trim, but for the life of me, I cannot figure out how the trim comes out. I figured that once I removed the screws the trim would just come out. It seems stuck on the out side or the a-pillar trim.

Any suggestions are greatly appreciated.

They slip inside each other..Can't remember if you start at the front by windshield or back by rear window first.
