Looking to pull and go through my manual steering box on my dart and am looking for info on the correct kit to order. I found the Pittman shaft seal individually but was figuring if I can find the entire kitchen u may as well go through it all. It still feels right as the car only has 50k miles but I think the lower seal is shot as there was grease all over it unless previous owner coated everything in grease (everything in the steering seemed to have a large amount of grease all over everything, not just at the joints... It's been a pain trying to clean it all up)
Will check bearings when I get it apart but so far it mainly looks like only the output shaft seal on the box is bad.
Found a kit on rock auto but it looks like it's for power steering. Are The kits similar?
