I want to convert my non AC Slant Six 64 Dart GT to a performance 4 barrel, or 2 barrel. I have been told that my type of acclerator pedal makes it almost impossible. The donor car would need to be from a V-8 or slant car with AC. My car has the 904 pushbutton automatic.

My car has the rod type, accelerator pedal. I need the cable type pedal assembly from a 64-66 A body car. The 65 from a V-8 car would be fine. Someone is selling a rod type pedal from a 64 Dart, on another forum, I will try to find the photo and post.

I have the pedal and cable from a 65 Barracuda V8 car, no AC, manual steer, auto on the floor and they are for sale. I can post pictures if your interested.
