+OK,

I am looking for some of the parts I cannot source thru any of the websites or aftermarket sources for the early A-bodies.
Currently I am rebuilding the doors now that the shells are back from the paint shop.

I'm looking for the U-channel weatherstrip inside the the door and goes vertical up either side of the door glass channels. Where are those bought from -from a bulk roll from a glass shop or a web site? I cannot seem to find any listings on these.
Thank you,
Joe

Restoration Specialties in Windbar PA has many different styles and widths of that channel. When Ulf was doing his award-winning 65 DartCharger, that's where he sourced his from - it was correct in every aspect.

How about any of the other parts like the door latch mechanism? My driver's side is acting up. Even though I have a few sets of spare doors (When you drive MoPar... you have 3 or 4 of every part you can get your hands on.)

if you have a measurement of the channel
Window Run Channel | eBay
for a first search. for year searches RTspecialties comes up with more.

for latch mechanisms and such. I find a more(4) door car a perfect donor for those parts except for the door handle to latch rods that are too short

Not what you are looking for,and not knowing the exact car you are working on but might help someone else.I'll share some photos of a 64 Dart 2 door sedan. These are for a 88 Dodge Ram truck that fit perfect and were purchased from Rock Auto enough to do both doors and cost was $19.00..Only about 6 inches was left over from each side.

I was told that the glass channel felts you want can also be sourced from a Dodge truck. A friend used that channel felt on his 68 Dart.

As I stated at the bottom of my post the Glass channel felts can be sourced from a late 80's,early 90's model Dodge truck or Van.I called my friend and was told he use 98 Dodge van door felts for his Dart and he got them from the local Dodge dealership.

Sorry Dater6- what I read and the pictures that when with it was totally different. I will check out door glass channels for the van for that year.
Thanks.
