Hi All,
what is the modern, correct tire size for the early darts with 13" wheels, most 13" tires I see are for toyota tercel type bicycle tires, and where would be a good place to get a set? tia.

I have a 64 Dart convertible that I tried to keep as original as possible. I bought 185/80/13 whitewalls from Diamond Back Classics. They were about the only source I found for the original 1" white walls. A bit pricey, but it kept the original look that I wanted.

On ebay, I found a source for oem 14" small bolt pattern rims. I had them painted to match the car and bought a set of the poverty caps. If I am going to drive the Dart any distance - I switch to the 14" rims and tires
(205/70/14). I prefer the original look with the original 13" tires for car shows.

The 185/80-13 is a really common size. Most FWD GM products used this tire in the 80's. A 195/75-14 would be appropriate for 14" wheels, and again it's a really common size.
