[WANTED] '64 Valiant fresh air vent - driver side

I have the actual door with the latch, but no hinge points and no attachment piece on the vent body. It looks like there are 2 bolt holes on the lower portion to attach the cover/door assembly.
If nothing else I would like to see pics of these parts so I can fabricate something.
