64 Valiant Hood Emblem

Is the 64 Valiant hood emblem the same as the 65? If different, anyone have a picture of it? Thanks in advance!

Here is a picture of a 64 hood emblem in my parts lot. Not positive but I think the main difference was the 64 did not have a cutout for hood release like the 65. Hope this helps.

The hood emblem for 1964 and 1965 are dirrenrent. The part# for 1964 is 2445143 and for 1965 2583215.

Thanks for the link to the photo. When I get home from visiting my son in the Netherlands, I'll see if I can compare the one in the photo with the NOS one I have (but don't need). Thanks again.

Thought I'd update the info about this NOS hood emblem I have. It's definitely not a 64/65 hood emblem as they would spell out PLYMOUTH. This one spells out VALIANT and the part number is either 2411245 or 2417245 (not sure of the 3rd number. Anyone have an idea of what this emblem is for?
