64 Valiant Signet 10" brake drum question

I want to convert to bbp wheels on the front of my Valiant with 10" brakes and was wondering if a front brake drum was available for this car with a bbp? At this point I'm not ready to switch to disks. And am not fond of wheel adapters. Will 10" B body bbp drums work?

Im not 100% sure B-body will work unless you change the lower ball joints to a-body? i know you can use 73-76 10" from darts,dusters,demons. Im sure someone with more experience will chime in. Something to read as well.

No & No.
No such thing as a big bolt pattern Drum brake for an A body car.
No again, about trying to use a B body drum on an A body car.
Your spindle is to small, and a B body part is way to big.

What are some thoughts on Quality adapters? I've heard some not-so-good things about wheel adapters but that was a long time ago. Maybe they've improved?
