i am trying to repair the gauge panel/gauges in my valiant.(someone clipped the wires off the plug, and painted over all the front of the panel) my question is what is that lil round light , that is above the colum cutout, to the right of the speedometer?

does anybody know of any aftermarket guages that are like O.E.M. and fit into the existing panel?
