Just took the /6 out of my 1965 Valiant prepping for a 5.9 swap. Was running when pulled but leaking coolant from a crack near thermostat housing on front of head. Appears to have a repair attempt in the past that didn't hold. Trans is dual cable style, ball & trunion, shifted great but leaks, recommend rebuild. Only park cable included. New alt and mini starter included. Local pickup only in Riverside, CA, trying to get rid of it this week! $100 for it all
Additional parts from same vehicle available for marginal additional cash to whoever comes and picks up the engine: power steering pump and gearbox, slant 6 torsion bars, radiator, fan, full front drum brake setup, airbox.
Additional misc parts also available: small block exhaust manifolds, 72 front disc brake calipers
Bottom line is I need it gone so willing to deal for cheap
