Hey guys,

I'm in the middle of restoring a 1965 Barracuda.
Stripping all the paint away, I was just wondering if the hole at the bottom of the B pillar is actually meant to be filled/sealed, because it looks like it releases any water that may be inside.

There was filler in it, just making sure it hasn't been added during a previous repair or whether it's meant to be sealed.

I HAVE NO IDEA WHY THE PICTURE IS SIDE ON !!!

Thanks, Peter

Look under the rocker. Are there slanted bumps in the pinch seam?

In 67 that is where water from the convert top drains out of. They literally let the water that gets past the top and into a trough around the opening of the top (on the quarters and Dutchman) drain into the front of the rear quarter. From there it goes to the lowest spots and drains out of the slanted bumps in the pinch seam and out of the car.

I don't think that hole you show is a factory drain.

Thanks very much guys.
Yep..... all the "slanted bumps" are there. Just wanted to make sure I wasn't plugging something I wasnt meant to.

Much appreciated.
