I don't claim to be quick putting puzzles together, but when they don't fit it becomes frustrating. I am beginning to belief I purchased a kit with five correct pieces (parts #A,B,C,D, & E) and one alien piece (part #F)?

I had bought that REM kit and it wasn’t complete. So I called DMT, ordered both the firewall kit for the early A with factory AC the early A AC rebuild kit. I’ve already installed the firewall kit, which fit perfectly.
I’m in the process of rebuilding the AC/heater assembly and so far it is every bit as nice and complete as the firewall kit.

I have the rebuild kit for the AC/heater assembly also (someday I will get motivated to work it over). It weighs a ton! I made my own template for the driver's side pad. My arms feel just a little bit itchy today after having handled this stuff.
