This is sort of a place holder for my ongoing restoration. I'll include pictures as soon as I figure out how that works.
As purchased: 1965 Barracuda, gold, 273 2bbl, 4spd, 2.93 peg leg.
Present time: 318 TBI, [Holley Projection], 4spd, 3.23 Sure Grip
A little background. I bought the car the summer of 1966, drove it two days, decided it handled like shtt then went to my favorite parts manager and ordered a complete Formula S suspension package, plus an aftermarket rear sway bar. A little more tweaking, changing the rear springs to Dart Station Wagon springs, [stiffer, flatter] and lowering the torsion bars to level the car. I finally had a drivable platform.
Over the years all the running gear with the exception of flywheel and bellhousing have been replace. I'm currently on engine number four, total mileage just under 600 thousand.
