65 'Cuda 496ci stroker

Hey Guys, planning the build for my 65 'Cuda. Going 383/496ci stroker with a 727 and 3.55 8 3/4. Mini tubs and chassis connectors. Just wondering what headers you guys are running? Over here in Australia, headers exiting out of the fenderwells are frowned upon by the authorities. Was wondering if the Schumaker headers would fit?

Don't think they will go due to the narrow chassis. Are you going to run torsion bars or a coil over front suspension? There would be way more room without those bars in the way.

this sounds like a tite fit ! at least it`s a low deck. loose the torsion bars if at all possible!

Check out the big block A body section. Also, if you can find a 400 block, they are much stronger than the 383 blocks. The 383 blocks were the weakest BB cast.
