Here is the "valiant" taken at a classic car show in Singapore. RHD too (with a LHD wiper arrangement)

In the U.S. the '64 & '65 The Barracuda was considered a version of the Valiant, just like the 100, 200 and Signet models - I think even the VIN is coded as a Valiant. In '66 it was conisdered it's own car line. Not too sure about export, usually the Plymouth brand wasn't used, typically Chrysler was used. A good example was in Europe it was the Chrysler Viper because Dodge was not used.
 
That car has a ton of custom add ons.
Antennas.
Fender mounted turn signals
Fish emblem under the barracuda script on the fenders

Whats that weird spotlight?
