I've repaired a lot of doo rhinges but this 65 Dart has some sort of rollers at the bottom of the door hinge spring that is making an awful noise. Does anyone know where I can get replacement "rollers"? I also have a hood spring-w-a similar/seized hood spring end.
Thanks-Howard

Don't know about the hood hinge but you can get new lower door hinges from Ebay seller rehrenberg for around 30 bucks shipped to your door. That's where I got the hinges for my '66 Valiant.

Not sure if the early A's are the same, but my '71 had the same problem with the doors. I sprayed the crap out of the rollers with WD-40 then kept opening and closing the door, sprayed again and repeated. Once they could turn by hand I kept spraying and turning the rollers. Made a bit of a mess. All kinds of black junk and grit came out, but now they turn by hand freely, and they are nice and quiet.

Mine have flat spots on them so I don't think any amt. of lubrication will help.
