@65 Dartman heres a screen shot of a gear speed comparison. As you can see, if you have two cars, both running 255/60/14s (or any other tires as long as both cars have the same size tire) and one is running a low gear set 904 with 4.10s and the other is running an AX-15 with 2.76s the cars have nearly identical acceleration. That’s why with 3.23s, I rarely use 1st gear.
