We were doing some engine tuning on my 65 Valiant 170 and when we revved the engine the engine choked out and stalled. So upon restarting it I noticed the dome light wasn't on anymore and when I hit the key nothing happened. Everything had been working fine, as far as the ignition, horn, lights, heater, radio. I thought the battery might have been dead because I didn't know if the old alternator was charging or not since the gauge doesn't move at all. But I checked the battery and it was good with a full charge. The headlights don't even come on, the dome light doesn't light, heater fan doesn't come on, turning the key does nothing. I checked the battery to see if it had power with the cables connected and it did. There is power at the starter relay main stud, and only one side where the fusibile link connects to the bulkhead connector has power. What likely could've happened? I didn't notice any broken wires or burned wires. It just happened all of a sudden.

I had same problem it was the ignition switch wireing loose
