66/67 Driver’s Seat Side Panels

I pulled a set of 66 Dart buckets at least 30 years ago and a set of 67 Charger buckets about 10 -12 years ago. The driver’s seat base only had the left side panel; the passenger seat base had both sides, is this correct or a coincidence both driver’s side were missing the right side panel. This is the panel I’m referring to:

I believe that they came with both sides if ordered without a center console. If a console was optioned then no need for the inner as either no room or not visible. My 67 coronet R/T is auto on the column,
bucket seats no console and was equipped with both.

Thanks for the info. The Charger seats came from a Buddy seat car so it would be analogous to being console-equipped. The 66 Dart was a console car.
