Will a 67-69 rear fold down sear fit in a early barracuda?

Nope, not without so much modification. What is wrong with the 4-6 seats? If you wanted to be really cool stick in a set of 66 charger rear seats, I have seen it done once with a console in the back. Wish i had a camera…..
