Mopar used the same door strikers up into the 80's on their full sized pickups. You should be able to find them at a local salvage yard. Check the rubber bushings between the bolt and the outer sleeve. The ones on my Challenger were destroyed from years of closing the doors with worn out hinge pins. I found replacement bushings at a local yard on a late 70's Ram.

New ones are also available from R/T Specialties. Last I checked, they were $40 each though.
