Originally a green wheel, no cracks, not warped. Rattle can'd, epoxy primer, duplicolor gloss black, 5 coats of clear. Horn ring and center cap have minor pitting but shines well. Center cap clear cover has 2 surface cracks. Horn switch functional. Nicer than driver quality.
