My rear seat in my 67 barracuda fb will not fold down all the way. Anyone have an idea what might be going on ?

I just went through reinstalling my seat and the adjustment of the hinges is pretty critical. Loosen the hinge-to-body bolts and see if that helps. I actually had to do an iterative process where I adjusted the hinge bolts, then adjusted the backrest bolts to even it up and make it lay flat, then repeat. When it hangs up like that, look at the metal bar in the hinge mechanism on each side — it might be sticking up at an odd angle, which indicates the hinges are out of alignment.
They have this thing called FOCUS...
