67 barracuda vs 68 barracuda dash

Good afternoon, I am wondering if the sheet metal for the 67 barracuda dash is the same as the 68 dash. Thank you

Pretty sure the radio cutout holes will be different (knobs vs thumbwheels). 68 would also have mounting holes for the lower dash pad which are not on the 67. Can't say I've seen them naked side by side, though.

As mentioned above, radio holes, large dash pad mount holes(68) and ashtray.
67 also has no vin(it's on A pillar), 68 does.

Yes the ash trays are different but is the cutout and mounting flanges in the frame the same?

I believe it's different to accommodate the different ashtray. Not 100% sure on that.

Ah, yeah, the VIN tag. That makes it awkward, depending on which way you're going. Based on all the differences, I think you'd be better off waiting for the correct dash frame to show up. It will cost you less in the long run than making adjustments for all the discrepancies.
