I'm the third generation owner of a slant six 1967 Barracuda . Car was purchased new by my grandfather in 1967 who drove it from 1967 to the mid 1980s where it went into the barn for about twenty years. After being moved to the West Coast and driven by my uncle its now in my hands down South. Car is almost all original with suregrip rear end, heavy alternator, factory air, and fast manual sttering. The car needs some body work and paint. I'm also planning on putting some new wheels on it as well as modifying the intake, headers, exhaust, and carberator (2 or 4 barrel). Hoping to make some modifications but keep the car true to its original form.

Welcome!! Neat that grandpa bought it new and it's still in the family, hope you can breathe new life into that fish! Got any pictures?

Welcome to the site. You'll get plenty of good info here. Not too many of these cars still in the original families, that's great. Good luck takin' care of it.:thumbrig:
