67 Dart grill

slowly gettin the wifes 67 Dart convertible back together and need a little help with the front grill brackets.

Does anyone have a pic or two of the lower brackets the grill attaches to. I don’t have them and would like an idea of what they look like so I can fabricate new ones. Center and right and left of center.

Hope this helps, All I had taken. As I recall left and right bracket are the same. the bend is not 90 deg to the brkt more like 80 deg. If you can wait till the weekend I will see if the extras I have are handy and can photograph better photos for you

Does the center bracket look the same ?

Center bracket goes directly to the latch bracket. Note orientation of the screws and brackets and the heads are hex head with a recessed center.

I'll see about locating my extra brackets in the next day or so.

I'm going to do you one better. PM me your address and I'll send you my two spares. I think the holes are stripped on a few of the holes but larger screws or some well placed weld should make them usable.

That would be awesome my friend but thank to your pic’s I was able to locate the brackets that are left and right of center. I strightened the brackets and checked the fit and what do you know, a perfect fit.

The center attach point is the only one I need. So if you have that center bracket that would be fantastic !! Thanks a million for your help.

The center bracket should be riveted to the grill. no additional bracket like the left and right of center "L" brackets are used. The center bracket bolts directly to the center support. Is your grill missing the center riveted on brackets? All 3 of the center and left and right of center riveted on brackets are the same stamping. The far left and far right riveted on brackets are mirror images of each other. See photos farther down below.
