67 dart spindles

are 67 dart 9 '' spindles the same as 72 dart 10'' spindles.

Nope, they're way different. This is not because of the year, but the type of brakes. 9" and 10" drum brakes use different spindles regardless of model year. There are even 2 different disc brake spindles, Kelsey-Hayes ('65-'72 small bolt pattern) and Mopar slider ('73-'76 large bolt pattern).
