67 Plymouth Barracuda

Hello, my name is David and I reside in East Texas and I just acquired a 1967 Plymouth Barracuda and I am needing to find out by VIN the previous owner or owners.
My question is: is there a website that I can enter my VIN into to get the information I'm needing. I know that it only has 13 digits versus the 17 that are required for present day autos.

As for researching the VIN, check with your state's DMV. They may or may not share that info with you, but there is no national site that does this.

Didn't the title and/or registration card have the name and address of the previous owner? Or did you buy it from a dealer, in which case why not ask them?
